Trucking & Auto Accidents:

Texas Roads & Highways Can Be Dangerous

Every three hours:
Someone is killed on Texas roads and highways by a bad driver.

Every three minutes:
Someone is injured on Texas roads and highways by a bad driver.

While some people might call these “accidents”, the truth is simple: Trucks and cars don't collide by “accident”. These “accidents” can always be traced back to the inattention, carelessness or neglect of a bad driver, but evidence of inattention, carelessness and neglect often vanishes or is concealed. A quick and thorough investigation must begin as soon as possible. This is especially true in trucking and commercial vehicle crashes where evidence of wrongdoing is destroyed or concealed by the corporation at fault.

The sheer size and weight of a speeding 18-wheeler causes serious and permanent disabling injuries and death that could have been prevented. Although federal law prohibits the practice, drivers of 18-wheelers continue to talk, text and email while speeding down the highway with an 80,000-pound load. Trucking companies knowingly hire drivers with a history of DUIs, tickets and prior at-fault collisions. Inexperienced (and therefore cheaper) operators are put on the road with us each and every day without proper training. Time is money to truckers and the companies they work for, but time and time again, speed and fatigue play major roles in the carnage on our highways. Maintenance, inspection and repairs are postponed so the big wheels can keep rolling, creating disasters for innocent victims.

If you have been injured or lost a loved one in a truck or car wreck, you need Expert Representation and Consoling Restoration.

Let us help your family.
